We value your trust and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with Vastraambika. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the conditions applicable to returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations.

📦 Return, Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, stained, or different from the product ordered, subject to verification by our team.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Unboxing Video: A single, continuous unboxing video is required for any damage, defect, or incorrect-product claim. The video should clearly show the unopened parcel and the complete opening process without cuts, edits, or pauses.

• Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Prior Approval: Please contact our team and obtain approval before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

⏱️ Reporting an Issue

• 24-Hour Reporting Period: Kindly report any damage, stain, or incorrect-product issue within 24 hours of delivery.

• Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

• Contact: Please email your concern to vastraambika@gmail.com along with your order details, photographs, and the required unboxing video.

💸 Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will process the cancellation subject to a 10% handling charge, which will be deducted from the total order value. Cancellations are considered for genuine reasons and must be requested before dispatch.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Replacement & Refund Process

• If your return request is approved and the same product is available in stock, we will arrange a replacement.

• If the product is unavailable, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• We currently do not provide reverse-pickup services. Customers will need to ship the approved return to the From Address mentioned on the original parcel.

• The return shipping process should be initiated only after receiving approval from our team.

• Refunds will be initiated after the returned product reaches us and is inspected and approved by our team.

• Refund processing and crediting time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

🎨 Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your mobile, monitor, screen brightness, display settings, and saturation.

We use original product photographs without filters or artificial effects to represent the products as naturally as possible. Minor colour variations caused by individual screen settings are therefore not considered product defects and are not eligible for return.

🧵 Handwoven & Natural Textile Characteristics

Our sarees and textiles are traditionally handwoven and may naturally have minor variations such as:

• Slight irregularities in weaving

• Minor variations in texture

• Occasional loose threads

• Small differences in motifs or weave patterns

• Natural variations resulting from the handloom process

These characteristics are a natural part of handwoven textiles and add to their uniqueness. They are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Every handwoven product carries the character of the artisan who created it. Small natural variations are part of the charm and authenticity of traditional handloom weaving.
