8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, logistical conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier partner's operational timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and being available to receive the shipment.

9. Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our cancellation policy. A 10% handling charge will be deducted from the total order value for approved pre-dispatch cancellations.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our returns, refunds, and replacement process is governed by our Vastraambika Return & Refund Policy.

In general:

  • Returns are considered for eligible damaged, stained, or incorrect products.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for damage or incorrect-product claims.

  • The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Customers must obtain prior approval before sending a product back.

  • We do not currently provide reverse-pickup services.

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Natural handloom variations and minor colour differences caused by screen settings are not considered defects.
